Key Ingredients

  • Chickweed

    Though it is a mild herb, chickweed is very nutritious with high levels of protein and an array of important minerals like magnesium, zinc, potassium and calcium. Its saponins are emulsifying agents–of particular interest in this formula—which aid in digestion and support the body’s elimination of excess fat etc.

  • Psyllium seed

    The fiber contained in psyllium seed is not only an effective prebiotic, but also is one of the most overlooked resources available to improve nearly all aspects of digestion and eating. Diets high in soluble fibers support a normal flow of sugars and fats in the blood, with less severe swings, which can be hard on body systems. They also aid in feelings of satiety and are soothing and healing to the gut lining.

  • Slippery elm

    A nutritious and soothing fiber, slippery elm operates in a way similar to psyllium seed, though with its unique plant nutrient profile. Slippery elm is also a wonderful prebiotic, and supports the body in building and restoring a healthy microbiome.   • Nopal
