Product Use

Any of these drinks can be used as a great mix-in for a protein shake or smoothie.

We generally recommend that you don't take SolleVital after dinner, since it does contain energizing herbs. Add a squeeze of lime juice to SolleVital for a fresh new taste.

Switch out coffee for CinnaMate to start your day with a healthy, delicious, hot beverage.

Use SolleExcell on the weekdays and take the weekends off to let your body reset.

Combine either SolleExcell or SolleReNue with SolleRoyal as a fun and nutritious morning or evening drink option.

For capsule usage, refer to the directions provided on the product label or on that product's individual page.

Anytime Day or Evening
SolleRoyal: Mix 1 scoop in 8-16 ounces of cold water or plant milk and mix until smooth

Morning – Noon
SolleMegas: Take 2 gel capsules
SolleFlex PI: Take 2 capsules

Neuro IM: Take 2 capsules
SolleExcell: Mix one packet in 16-20 ounces in ice cold water.
CinnaMate: Mix one packet in 8 ounces of hot water for a great tea, or with 16-20 ounces of cold water.

Afternoon
SolleVital: Mix one packet in 16-20 ounces of ice cold water.

Evening
SolleReNue: Mix one packet in 8-12 ounces in hot water for a calming tea before bed or drink with 12-16 ounces of cold water after dinner.

Night
Verdezymes: Take 2 capsulesProBio IQ: Take 2 capsules
